To attend this class, please contact Lisa directly on 07929341042 Entwine Yoga & Pilates Tuesdays 10.30-11.30am | Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm Entwine is Lisa’s unique blend of yoga and Pilates suitable for the active and mobile person. Yoga and Pilates are like a dose of preventative medicine, they strengthen the body and mind, develop flexibility and mobility, encourage breathwork, improve immunity, help release toxins, improve posture plus balance and reduce stress as well as pain! That’s just a few benefits and good reasons to practice yoga and Pilates within one class. Entwine includes sequences such as Sun Salutations and the Pilates Roll Down to Push Up, therefore involves motion down and up from the mat and weight bearing through arms and shoulders. This is a mixed ability class. Classes are run in blocks of 6 weeks set dates £48 Those on a current block of classes get first refusal of their place on the next block. Drop in, if space allows, is £10/class. Places are limited and booking is essential.
